The Collaborative is a partnership between Workforce Solutions for the Heart of Texas, ESC Region 12, Hill College, McLennan Community College, Navarro College, and Texas State Technical Collge. We also work with middle and high schools, workforce development organizations, local businesses, and community-based organizations throughout our six-county region.
